She holds a Master’s degree from Emory University’s Candler School of Theology, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism from Georgia State University in Atlanta, and an Associate of Arts degree in English from East Georgia College in Swainsboro.

She is a licensed and ordained pastor and clinical chaplain with eleven years of exceptional ecclesiastical leadership experience providing pastoral care and facilitating worship services for multi-religious and culturally diverse faith groups.

She currently serves as an active duty chaplain in the United States Air Force and holds the rank of Captain.

She is endorsed by the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International.
