Author of Ayurveda Beginner's Guide and Seasonal Self-Care Rituals. Former new-age bookstore owner (breathe books in Baltimore). Grew up in Pikesville, MD. Duel citizen with Israel. Truly happily married since 2010. Doggy mom. Ayurvedic Counselor certified from the Chopra Center in 2008. I travel to India leading groups. Been teaching meditation since 2009. Fell through a glass shower door in 1976 and had a near death experience- which is why I am the way I am.
