✴️ What: I build the capacity of women and men to grow through grief and live boldly after loss.
✴️ Why: A few weeks after the unexpected sudden loss of my husband in 2017, I created Grace & Grief as a way to transparently share my grief process via YouTube and online content. As a result of the overwhelming response and demand for more content, Grace & Grief has evolved along with me as a brand and community that builds the capacity of men and women to grow through grief and live boldy after loss.
✴️ How: This is accomplished through digital content, public speaking, the Grace & Grief YouTube channel, online community, restorative events and grief coaching services.
