The Sundry Podcast is a podcast that caters to all demographics and socioeconomic statuses. The podcast topics are varied and cover everything from health, wellness, finance, relationships, travel, cooking, parenting, education, and sports to name a few.

I’m a wife, mom of 4, Special Education Administrator, member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and a foodie.

I’m also co-owner and Consultant with Innovate For Excellence, an educational consulting company.
