Bio

For more than 30 years, I've been working with organisations across the world to help them understand and strategically improve their workplace cultures.

I created the UGRs – unwritten ground rules – concept, and prior to Covid 😷 was an international speaker!

I'm also an author and consultant who has worked with the likes of McLaren Automotive and Next in the UK, Kmart Australia and New Zealand, Barclays Bank Africa and Toyota Australia.

I'm the author of two books including ‘UGRs: Cracking the Corporate Culture Code’.

I'm also the co-author to a further three books, the latest being ‘A Culture Turned’ with my great friend and business partner Stef du Plessis, from Johannesburg.

I have a Masters Degree from the University of Alberta, and was invited to undertake an Australian city lecture tour to co-present with Harvard University Professor Rosabeth Moss Kanter.
