Two of the toughest things I’ve done in my life are:

🎥 Watched the documentary Earthlings. Ripped my soul to pieces. I sobbed from minute 2 to minute 75. Couldn’t watch the last 15 minutes. Went vegan 🌱 instantly. That was in Jan 2013.

🧠 In Nov 2012 I completed a Vipassana 10 day silent mediation retreat. It pushed me to my limits. One the hardest and most rewarding things I’ve ever done.
