First and foremost I’m a proud husband & father to the best ladies on the planet.

Honesty is always the correct answer! That’s the number one thing I have learned as I’ve been a Travel Nursing Agency Manager for almost a decade. I think clubhouse is a great platform to have group conversations & help educate everyone with full our transparency & experience. There are a lot of details/specifics that nurses do not have access to & I also see countless posts on social media sharing incorrect info to the masses. No one benefits from wrong answers or lies.
I think people need to know factual answers for everything whether the agency wants to tell the or not. I feel everyone should know everything about the industry that they are in. This is how I’ve built long-term relationships with hundreds of RNs and how I’ll continue to treat people for years to come. I’m not here to recruit! I’m honestly just hear to shed some light and the truth about everything travel nursing.
