As a self-described frustrated visionary, my passionate message of navigating the transformative journey of leadership resonates with visionaries and innovators who find themselves stuck in the messy, in-between seasons.

I am the founder and principal at Culture Design Studio, an organizational design agency based in Long Beach, CA. I previously served as VP of Strategic Design overseeing strategy, story and business development at Visioneering Studios, a national architecture firm.

As a keynote speaker, I have spoken to in-person and virtual audiences across the country. As a facilitator, I have led workshops with some of the top tech, pharmaceutical, real estate, and consumer package goods companies in North America.

I am also the creator and host of the Culture Design Show, a podcast featuring conversations about workplace culture with top leaders and thinkers.
