I have been self-employed over 15👩🏽‍💻years and my mission is to pass to ⛑ENTREPRENEUR PATON!

I’ve been working in the childcare industry for over 24 years now and my passion for teaching continues to grow stronger every day. I was extremely fortunate to discover my true purpose early in life, which is to educate, inspire and develop our youth.

From 2009-2017, I ran my own child care centers and an after school center and served as an instructor for over 10 years. During this period, I also provided one on one mentoring and tutoring for children of all ages.
This was one of the most pivotal points in my life because it taught me how to connect with students on a deeper level and provide the most effective training possible.

Being an educator has been one of my biggest accomplishments and a title that I hold to the highest standards. There’s no greater feeling than watching a student you trained learn life-long skills that will stick with them forever. I’m excited to continue working with our youth to develop our next generation of leaders.

I also own a childcare staffing and training center where I train child care providers and their staff in state mandated requirements to maintain compliance and run a QUALITY center,

I have helped future childcare owners build a quality child care business, youth center and after school center.
