I became a stay at home mom in 2018, a tuff transition from being a dental assistant for 11 years. That’s when my mental health journey really started.
My miscarriages were all in 2019 and really spiraled me down a road to deeper depression. I’ve found that sharing my story has helped me connect with some amazing women.

I also love products that actually create results and I am so humbled to have been able to partner with a new brand that is going to be a big disrupter across the health and wellness, beauty and influencer industries!!
