✨ I support people healing from acute and chronic trauma using somatic (body-based) practices.
✨ My niche is sexual, attachment and relational trauma. I’ve trained in Somatic Experiencing as well as Embodied Breathwork specific for trauma release.
⚡️ I also work as a Sexuality Coach to help women reclaim their pleasure, orgasms and feel amazing in their bodies!
⚡️ Every women has a wild, tender, sensual and passionate sexuality deep within her.
⚡️ Through embodiment, breathwork and somatic practices I guide women to gently come to the fullest expression of who they are as sovereign, sexual beings.
