[Save The Boards] #STBMPLS Minneapolis works to preserve the plywood art tagging and murals that were created after the murder of George Floyd and the subsequent protests, with goal of ensuring that these plywood murals are preserved and remain accessible to Black communities in the Twin Cities. Save The Boards was created by Kenda Zellner-Smith. I’ve team up with Memorialize The Movement, created by Leesa Kelly, and together we have save over 550 boards across the twin cities. We have one of the largest collections of protest boards across the country
