I always ask my students and clients these questions -
1) What are your core values? Meaning - what is driving your decision making process? The more clear we can get on this, the easier it is to observe if we’re morally on track or not.
2) What are your goals and intention with your life? Are you seeing yourself as a creator, or do you feel life just happens?
3) Does your life feel balanced? If not, what does balance look like?
