I am a Mom of 6 👼🏽, wife to an amazing husband👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨, always busy and on the go!
I was always searching for the next best “Diet”, to be healthy and lose weight. Just when I thought all hope was lost🥺, I found intermittent fasting and it truly saved my life!🙏🏽

I’ve lost 81 lbs in 18 months and have sustained and maintained that loss for over a year with IF! 💯
I truly believe IF is the way we are all suppose to live our lives for our health, wellness and weight management. Whether you have weight to lose or not intermittent fasting is for you, it’s the health plan with the side effect of weight loss....IF is L*IF*E
