When we reopened I restructured the entire way I ran my business because I’d lost 7 stylist so that I could make the same profit.

When I first started my journey as a salon owner I was alone in a five chair salon.

Within a few years I grew to a 20 chair salon with a full day spa that consist of, 6 treatment rooms, 3 manicure and pedicure stations, a
retreat area and locker room.
