✏️ Your competition is everything in the feed from Beyoncé to bagels. It’s not simply other brands that sell what you do.

✏️ Math is not an insight. Math is numbers. An insight lights little forest fires in the brain.

✏️ Every post about you is an ad about you. For you or against you, UGC are ads or b’ads for your brand.

✏️ Community Management is a misnomer. You can’t manage the feelings of the internet. You can however, cultivate them.

✏️ Even your confirmation number is your brand. Every consumer touchpoint is an opportunity to pay off positioning. Make it count.
