Scott G. San Filippo, Founding Principal of Praelium, is an industry veteran having completed more than $3.5 billion in transactions. Throughout Mr. San Filippo’s 25+ year career, he has been actively involved in the acquisition, financing, leasing, asset management, and disposition of 20+ million square feet of office, retail, industrial, and hospitality properties.

Prior to founding Praelium, Mr. San Filippo was at Greenlaw Partners since July 2010 with a primary role in the investment and asset management activities of the company. During his 4 years at the company, he was responsible for the acquisition and operation of approximately 2.5 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties in California and Arizona, completing approximately $800 million in transactions.
