Being managing tech teams since the late 80s and having to learn so many new technologies over the last 40+ years and apply them in the organisation I have worked in is indeed a journey well travelled and yet the last few years I find myself having to understand lots of new stuff like Cloud, UIUX, Agile, Blockchain, Big Data, AI/ML, etc and the speed they are all becoming matured to be applied in an organisation is making me feel like I am a newbie in tech all over again...
Not forgetting about Security, SDLC governance, DevOps, DevSecOps, Data Governance,
How does one manage all that and yet to always put the customers first in all that we do...IT has indeed come a long way....
