As board member and president of EMEIA, 24-7 Intouch, Sri is responsible for leading international expansion and overseeing operational strategy at each of 24-7 Intouch campuses in the EMEIA region. He is a recognized leader and serial entrepreneur with more than 27 years of senior leadership experience working with global corporations. In 2001, Sri co-founded Knoah Solutions and organically scaled it up to be an award-winning and internationally recognized global BPO; now part of 24-7 Intouch. Pursuing his love for product innovation, he co-founded KnoahSoft in 2007 and organically grew it to be a key player in WFM industry serving 250+ global clients; later acquired by Avaya.
Sri is also an active member of various industry associations championing IT-BPO industry’s voice and mentoring start-ups. Early investor in Hyderabad’s growth story as global IT hub and Honduras’s story as next nearshore destination, Sri is a firm believer in identifying and blending best of local eco-system with global scale & excellence. Sri is an active member of YPO and avid golfer.
Prior to co-founding Knoah, KnoahSoft and joining 24-7 Intouch, Sri held leadership positions at eGain, Motorola, and TekNow Inc. where he was responsible for business growth. Sri holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, an MSCS from ASU, and a BSCS from Nagarjuna University.
