Experienced Owner & a pioneer in Floriculture in India, with a demonstrated 25+ years history in the Wedding & Events Industry and Venue Management.

Skilled in the various verticals of the Wedding and Event Industry (including large scale setups and intricate florals, Venue Management including honing onto the right Hotel and Venue at the best pricing, Catering, and Coordination of the entire Wedding and Events with the appropriate strategic alliances).

But if there is that one link which has been a constant over the last 32 years, it has been flowers and various verticals related to it, and everything else has happened around it, including Venue Management.

Strong business development professional with a BSc focused in Economics from St.Xaviers College, Kolkata, and the foundation and initial years of learnings at the La Martiniere for Boys, Kolkata .. that's my academic background.

Professional facet aside, I am a doting husband, a caring Dad and a fitness enthusiast. One of my most gratifying practice has been to swim hundred laps a day(that's 2kms), six days a week for the last many years. This is important, specially for someone who enjoys indulging in different cuisines. And to take on the thrills and pressure of the enigmatic Wedding and Event Industry, it's important to keep fit.
Social Media for me is more of a boon than a bane, as Visibility is important in our Industry.

I enjoy dabbling in Astrology, movies, playing cards and board games, listening to Audio books on self development, Photography. Add to that music from yesteryears, and you have the perfect recipe for stress busting. I am itching to give my vocal chords a chance, but kya kare, I hate to hear a besura chord. Maybe .. one day.

And yes .. I enjoy a good laugh every now and then.
