Man is made by his belief. The first essential prerequisite to truly enjoy freedom is this magic of self-belief. When we tend to doubt our value-systems and our beliefs ,our spiritual entity gets disturbed and we fell prey to anxiety, depression, unconsciousness, uncertainities , regret and start pondering over anticipatory events, thus, creating a fictitious cage around us .It gets poignant at this stage that we sit still and retrospect and take a journey into ourselves.


It was this credence that stirred me to find PERSELF back in 2020 .As an experienced counselling psychologist, integrated clinical hypnotherapist and alternative science practitioner, I have worked with Resurrection, Kolkata and have also been building BUDDYQUEST for the past four years to structure it as what we know it today .


Being a self-learned therapist, my journey began with resolving my own family issues and then the caravan went on further to create a greater social impact.
