Ambassador for Poboys & Poets Nashville ♏️

My friends call me Spoke, and I'm an introspective unorthodox poet based in Nashville, Tennessee. My friends and fellow poets recognize me for pushing boundaries and being a versatile and topical writer. I had the incredible opportunity to perform alongside Brandon Leake, the talented poet who won America's Got Talent, and I even achieved victory myself at the Vox poetry slam in 2017. My work has been featured in various Nashville-based platforms, including The Vanguard, Copper Branch, Black Mental Health Alliance, Vanderbilt University, The City Winery, Soulfood Poetry Cafe, and Southern Word. On top of that, I proudly serve as a brand ambassador for Poboys & Poets Nashville chapter, an organization that hosts poetry showcases, live music events, cyphers, performance workshops, and open mic nights featuring both local talents and renowned acts.
