A little about me
I thought I'd become a teacher - that’s what I said when asked by the careers advisor. She said hairdressing was more suitable. 🤷‍♀️ I’d not expressed any interest in hairdressing.

Lesson learned: 💜 Don't let others define you.💜

I spent years trying to find my path, but I needn’t have worried - my path found me.

I became a sign language interpreter and founded my own interpreting agency.

I'm probably responsible for the British Bulldog losing his trademark red, white and blue beaded plaits. His associate saw my handy work (afro hair); Davey Boy Smith didn't want to pay salon prices. Choosing cheaper cost him his signature hairstyle. Moral of the story: don't jeopardise your brand by doing things on the cheap.
