I thought I'd become a teacher - thatβs what I said when asked by the careers advisor. She said hairdressing was more suitable. π€·ββοΈ Iβd not expressed any interest in hairdressing.

I became a sign language interpreter and founded my own interpreting agency.

I'm probably responsible for the British Bulldog losing his trademark red, white and blue beaded plaits. His associate saw my handy work (afro hair); Davey Boy Smith didn't want to pay salon prices. Choosing cheaper cost him his signature hairstyle. Moral of the story: don't jeopardise your brand by doing things on the cheap.
