Bio
NJ-based singer/songwriter and 1/3 of the original country music band Southpaw (debut album Unhitched drops 2/14/21).
My love affair with country music began in humble New Jersey honky-tonks, where I performed in country cover bands. But life is more than a song for me. I'm also a poet, and my work has been published in literary magazines such as the North American Review, the New York Quarterly, the Carolina Quarterly, and Valparaiso Review.
A few years ago I hung up my fake country hat for a real one when I teamed up with two musicians to start writing and producing original country music and formed the band Southpaw. Our country music has an edge informed by rock, R&B, pop, and blues. Debut album "Unhitched" drops Valentine's Day.
