❤️ABOUT ME:
Before becoming a mom, I spent 5 years back-packing around the world, volunteering, learning from some of the world’s most renowned healers and wisdom keepers, healing the layers of my trauma from childhood abuse, rape, and toxic relationships through ancient and energetic healing techniques.

I have sat in the presence of His Holiness the Dalai Lama a total of 7 times, been taken in and taught by monks while living in India, been initiated into numerous Sacred Rites of the Munay Ki by Q’ero Shamans in the Andes, and trekked the Himalayas of Nepal.

I survived sepsis in 2018 and shortly after gave birth to my son in 2019; suffering severe postpartum depression and loss of identity.

By applying the tools and healing methods I received before motherhood, I healed my Self yet again, uncovering a deeper level of purpose—serving mothers in their own healing journey to fulfillment so they can manifest the most EPIC life of their dreams 😍
