✨ I help beautiful souls cope with mental health challenges through natural and holistic practices, as well as, mindset shift. **side note, I am not knocking medication, you do what is 100% best for you.**.

✨ I have dealt with mental health issues all of my life – anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, ADHD and I’ve had a lot of rounds with medications. I found they weren’t helping me the way I had wanted them too. It wasn’t until 2 years ago, I decided I was done with medications, and started looking into natural and holistic strategies to help me cope with my mental health issues. I found so much information and began putting this information into practice and the rest is history!

✨ After some time, I realized I also want all of the amazing souls in this world to feel great too! I have always had a calling to help people, and this was the perfect way, since it was so close to home for me. Nothing brings me more happiness and joy, then hearing from people how much my work is helping them.

✨ I love providing Tarot/Oracle readings, as well as, further developing my own abilities!
