What I'm all about...

🙋🏻‍♀️I’m a mom of 3 kiddos, my bf and I are building a hobby farm and our wealth, and we have a dog and two cats…for now 🤣

⭐️I'm an ICF trained, trauma informed coach - this means I’m not a consultant when it comes to my coaching practice and I’m regulated in an unregulated industry.

✨I am a spiritual being having a human experience. I don’t ascribe to the toxic Christian theology I was raised with in my cult upbringing.


💕 I love all things about human psychology, human design, the Enneagram and all modalities that improve understanding and communication. I’m a constant student.

But most of all - I love helping people achieve more freedom in their lives - whether that's freedom from toxic religious conditioning, freedom from rigidity, freedom from the bullshit stories you tell yourself, ALL THINGS #FREEDOM 👊
