Digital Engagement Designer at the intersection of digital workplace, social learning, online community, technology, and knowledge management.

I geek out about transforming the way we work, learn, and connect so we gather with purpose. On a mission to bust silos and get us out of email.

What I’m exploring and learning:
- teaching, designing and facilitating to help people move from performance orientation to learning orientation
- human-centered design
- facilitating and teaching using liberating structures
- on a journey to be anti-racist moment to moment
- using person-centered planning to empower my sister so she can live the life she designs

The questions are more important than the answers.
