What’s happening everyone!! My name is Tim Nicholas and I am the proud owner of Sophisticated Business Solutions, an IT Consulting Firm in Dallas, TX. I was born in Philadelphia, PA but was raised in Baltimore, MD. I attended North Carolina A&T State University where I majored in Criminal Justice.

Prior to opening SBS, I held the
role of Senior Workday Consultant at one of the nation’s most popular IT consulting
firms. In this role, I managed the development of IT implementations and was instrumental in the company’s growth and expansion into more complex business systems. Through my experience, I continued to gain extensive insight into the
industry and noticed a significant need for reliable, highly specialized resource services and solutions.

The Sophisticated Way:
I believe the success of Sophisticated Business Solutions (and each of its dedicated divisions) is directly due to its people. I share a strong passion for development of internal personnel and take pride in leveraging talent with client success.

Outside of Sophisticated:
When I’m not helping others with business needs, I enjoy working out, playing sports, reading various books, traveling, eating all kinds of different cuisines and spending time with my family. I am the proud father to 4 beautiful children. One of my passions is helping boys transition to men through mentoring programs as well as assisting men through life’s challenges as a Life Coach.
