For decades I have been in the trenches with women working to shift the inequity in business, corporate, politics and every industry of power.

I have learned that real change in the world has to start with change in ourselves. When women really recognize their worthiness, start asking for more of what they want, demand their worth and own the gifts they bring to the world, everything exponentially shifts for the better.

We have to work at both ends: systemic changes in the outside world and systemic changes inside ourselves.
