Born a third-generation meditation teacher, I taught my first meditation class at 8 years old. I went on to live amongst Buddhist monks and nuns during my formative years and practiced mindfulness as a way of life.

Story Time:
I taught my first meditation class at 8 years old. I stepped into my gifts when I was 13, that was my normal. In my 20s and 30s, I learned over a dozen healing modalities and because a successful intuitive.

Meanwhile, I had successfully launched a nonprofit animal rescue, built 2 tech businesses and a successful consulting practice. I’ve been invited to work with conscious leaders, Fortune 500 companies, Disney, Warner Bros, AT&T, TrueCar, Skechers and more. A life changing event put me in a tailspin of depression and burnout, causing a ripple effect in all areas of my life.
