👑 President and Principal at Harvest Development Group. Thirty years in nonprofit executive leadership, I’ve sat where most people are sitting today: leading or supporting organizations that have hefty objectives, require millions of dollars, and respond to tens of thousands of people.

⛑ I am now focused on rescuing nonprofit people from their pain and disasters.
