Taking a break from all the doing and achieving and accomplishing and just … (deep relaxed sigh) … practicing simply being for a change.

Practicing being what?  

Being crazy in-love with my husband, my life and especially myself.
Being in a beautiful state of connection and compassion.
Being at peace.
Being me.

Oh .. and writing books … oh, and helping others stay madly in love with life and the people in it.  (So I guess I haven’t taken a break from everything)

The Charity Stuff: Co-Founder and Executive Director of award-winning non-profit based in Vietnam

The Spiritual Stuff:  Meditation Instructor and Wisdom Teacher with EKAM (formerly OWA) in Chennai, India and student of Preethaji.  Plus, Reiki Level II practitioner.

The Other Fun Stuff:  Licenced and Certified Partner of Alison Armstrong and graduate of two of her Mastery Programs, involving hundreds of hours of research and teaching the topics of masculine and feminine energy and a wide variety of healing modalities.   Plus, NLP Master Practitioner.
