I’m passionate about using yoga to help freelancers, creatives and performers improve your presence, confidence, creativity and joy!

🎭 After a long career as a theatre director and mentor, jumping from project to project, usually to tight deadlines... I know how important it is to find tools that can help us navigate those intense experiences, and that will give us the grounding we need to become more focused and creative.
