Bodywork practitioner working with stored emotion and trauma somatically based in Portland, OR.

Using mediation techniques, somatic practices, and the context of our individual emotions we can gain emotional intelligence, heal ourselves of trauma, learn to love deeper, and grow connection to ourselves and the community around us. I’m interested in higher consciousness, and body hacking and having conversations about how we can learn to connect to the inner wisdom of our miraculous bodies and learn to love more.
Biohacking our emotion using just the natural body to increase somatic awareness. Embodiment is the key to our heart. Medicine is the work we are willing to offer our bodies to heal.

Yoga, Qi-Gong, catharsis, Breathwork, sacred and divine masculine and feminine energy work, Guided visualization, Prana, Tantra, shamanic journeying, reiki, ayahuasca, kambo, San Pedro, Psilocybin, MDMA, LSD. Aaand we don’t always need external sources to have profound experiences.
