Leticia Andrade became licensed as an Illinois Real Estate Broker in 2005 and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Born and raised in Chicago, Leticia has an in-depth knowledge of the diverse neighborhoods in the Chicago market. Leticia’s strong work ethic led her to have successful careers with State Farm Insurance, Countrywide Home Loans, and JP Morgan Chase Bank. She discovered her affinity for real estate with the purchase of her first home at the age of 23.

Currently, she is a highly respected professional in the Chicago real estate market. She is actively involved with the Women’s Council of Realtors, Young Professionals Network, National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, and Real Estate to the Rescue. Leticia is an Accredited Buyers’ Representative, Certified Negotiation Expert, and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. She has also obtained a designation as a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource.

As the proud mother of two daughters, Leticia is devoted to their education and athletic activities. She attended Barat College in Lake Forest, IL where she was a theater major. She is passionate about community service and enthusiastically participates in the Give Back Homes Program. She is honored that proceeds from her closings have contributed to the building of a home in the West Pullman neighborhood for a family in need.

Leticia’s boundless energy stems from her dedication to fitness. She has completed five marathons while working towards the ultimate goal of competing in an Ironman Triathlon.
