She has demonstrated success linking Talent to Strategy and partnering with C-suite executives on highest priority initiatives in support of growth, integration and transformation. As a recognized change agent who possesses a deep understanding of business and Human Capital, Solange has effectively lead companies and teams through many stages of their evolution while delivering consistent results.
