I’m a healing-centered, embodied, social justice facilitator, mediator & trainer. I help people feel seen and heard, and to remember our wholeness.

I integrate somatics and mindfulness into relational, justice-oriented spaces.

I’m anchored (and teach) in many methodologies, including: a listening practice called Council, liberation-based anti-oppression frameworks, and trauma-sensitive mindfulness & yoga practices.

I care deeply about creating containers where folks feel a sense of safety & belonging.😍

Most interested in: feelings ❤️, our bodies, ancestral medicine 🍃, healing + social justice, somatics, giggles & joy practices, relational ways of being, meditation, 📚 reading 5 books at once, ✍🏽 morning pages / artistry, all things queer & feminist, BIPOC-centered.

Also! I’m a new mama / gestational birth parent! As such, currently completely immersed in the initiation / transformation into parent. Interested and curious about all things baby related, creating webs of support for families, kinship networks, and conscious / healing-centered parenting.
