Chandler has deep social impact experiences in both the public and private sectors. He has served as a COO, CEO and Board Member for both national and global social enterprise organizations—including serving as the COO of First Book for more than a decade, where he oversaw the distribution of more than 100 million new books to children in need.

Chandler earned his MBA from Stanford, did public-private partnership work as a consultant with BCG, and has given guest lectures on social impact at the Yale School of Management and Columbia Business School.

Chandler has also worked with more than 15 Fortune 500 companies to design and implement social impact campaigns.
