Hi! Let me introduce myself... I am Amy Rose, the artist behind the chair making people feel beautiful and confident while we talk about life and have some laughs along the way. Formerly a national stage artist and educator for the beauty industry, and I have my roots in the beautiful Appalachia mountains. I raised the bar in my certification skills as a stage artist and honed my skills by teaching in salons and working alongside industry greats with Goldwell Brands, Aquage, Pulp Riot, Pravana, Deva Curl and many more. I am a Master Stylist with 15 years behind the chair teaching the craft of hair styling for photoshoots and an artistry that I feel bring a wealth of knowledge and skill for communication, creative freedom and trust.

I have been sober since 11-14-20. I’ve quit drinking a thousand times and this time it finally stuck. I feel very grateful to be on this alcohol-free journey and like many who get sober, I’m making up for lost time. My sober journey consists of mindful practice and ritual practice. Being queer and a hairstylist, the industry and community have a reputation for not lending soft ears to sobriety but I’ve found a very large online community and support system. I’m always open to talk with anyone about being sober. It’s my way of life now and couldn’t be happier that it finally aligned for me.

I’m happily married to the love of my life, I have a successful career and 6 animals at home that keep me very busy.

Photography, witchcraft, reiki, healing work, nature, meditation and tarot.
