2015: Dr. Shi published a paper successfully infected mice and human cells by the artificial SARS-CovidVirus.

2019 Sep 18, exactly at the Tianhe airport of Wuhan, Wuhan Customs launched a drill on the infection protection event on the Novel Coronavirus.

2019 Dec 30, eight doctors spread the news as whistleblowers when they learned of the novel coronavirus.

2020 Jan 1: Chinese police admonished 8 doctors reporting COVID, asked them to sign the admonition to keep silent.

2020 Jan2: Chinese national TV announced COVID19 is a rumor, blamed the whistleblowers hardly.

NoLaterThan 2020 Jan 5: China started vaccine studies, while saying the COVID-19 is not contagious.

2020 Jan 20: China first admitted SARS-CoV2 is contagious.

From Jan to 2020 Feb 18: The Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs kept saying to the world they shouldn't implement travel or trade restrictions on China and shouldn't take overreact on COVID-19.

NoLaterThan 2020 Feb 26: Formal vaccine products have come off the production line at an unbelievable speed (made by the Chinese military).
