Bio

Sara Rose McKenna is a passionate community connector and a aspiring philanthropist. Starting her journey in community engagement, experience design and non-profit over 12 years ago, she's founded a number of social initiatives and has contributed on the board of local charities such as Face of Today, WECanada, Opportunity International, imagine1day, Team Awesome, and more.

10+ years working in content production and public relations, with successful campaigns with clients such as Vogue, Versace, Wanderlust Festival, Adidas, lululemon athletica, Yoga Journal Magazine, HELLO! Canada Magazine, and more.

After a life changing NDE, and the challenging health recovery from it, Sara has become more invested in HEALTH and WELLNESS, and has since started the process of becoming a certified wellness coach. Biohacking, optimal biology and mental WELLth are now pillars in Sara’s focuses.

Passionate about COMMUNITY, CONNECTION and WELLNESS, Sara focuses her time on investing in educational opportunities to further her wellness coaching, working creatively on interesting projects as a Creative Director and Producer, and creating connection and contribution through events, storytelling and content creation.
