I am a HR leader, consultant and trainer with over 25 years of hands-on experience in Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Some of the organisations that I have served include the Royal Malaysian Navy, PETRONAS, the Hong Leong Group, Deloitte, ABB, NAZA and others.

I am the current President Elect of Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers.

I was previously the Regional Board Member and Treasurer for Malaysia of the Chartered Management Institute of UK.
