I have worked in the hospitality and retail industry in the USA, EMEA and South Asia as a brand builder, creator, operator, franchisee, franchisor for some of the world’s best known and respected brands and Companies.
The Middle East can be complex, but through the Socius Group my business partner Simon Hobart and I will help and show you how to strategically enter the market with your brand and grow. With over twenty years in the region we are fast becoming the ‘go to’ advisors in Dubai advising on strategic market entry strategies right across the Middle East.
I sit on Advisory Boards and am retained by brands to advise business development strategies and growth programs. Very often complex situations arise but our team and network are able to unravel and support on pretty much every level. I am an expert advisor on franchising matters, globally, but especially so for the Middle East region as a market entry strategist.
