I have 16 years of HR & Executive Recruiting experience in the hospitality industry.

Career Highlight: As a Director of HR, I helped open 21 restaurants at one time and hired 300 people in 3 months for the Jet Blue terminal at JFK airport. Can you imagine I lived to tell that story 😳

After having my daughter, 10 years ago, I transitioned in to Executive Recruiting for one of the top Hospitality Recruiting firms in the country (Amy Falbaum & Associates). I get to work with some of the best chefs in the industry while mentoring new and upcoming chefs, managers etc.

THE FOUNDATION:
BA in psychology ( I had visions of working for the FBI chasing serial killers) well that didn’t work out 😐

Back to school I went:
MA in Human Resource Management from New School University

Born in England
Jamaican Parents
Raised in NY, let me be specific BKLYN💁🏽‍♀️
Attended undergrad in Virginia

I now reside in the ATL where in addition to my day job, I help my partner in life run our family businesses (see below⬇️)
