My first book, Denver Food: A Culinary Evolution, released in 2018, is my love letter to Denver. Inspired by several conversations with Anthony Bourdain, I was compelled to put pen to paper to honor Denver’s oft misunderstood and ignored culinary scene.

I have four additional books in the works:
