Law studies at university have oriented my life’s choices.
Sport experiences and activities helped me to develop leadership and motivational skills.
The mix of these experiences constitutes the background of my career.
In my professional experiences I have immediately learned the importance of people for the organisations.
I acquired a valuable experience on complicated industrial issues, working in a multi-cultural/ multinational organisation.
Each difficulty represents for me an opportunity to search and explore new solutions and to be innovative. I am a results driven person.
I hold an executive Master on business administration from the LUISS business school of Rome.
This master completed my professional skills and abled me to see and manage all sides of a business.
I am an author and a speaker at meetings and conventions.
