Three things I rely on:
1. The world has the abundance, learning and compassion in your corner if you just call on them. If you desire to get from A to B - you just need to put in the work and have the right attitude.
2. Don’t concentrate on what is unfair. Concentrate on what your own unfair advantages are - be grateful and leverage those.
3. Everyday is a gift - a new day. The score 0-0. You decide whether you want to win this one. You don’t get get to change tomorrow if you seize to exist today. I have been in those shoes where you contemplate those thoughts; you just have to keep your head above water till the rough tides are quelled down by your endurance.
