Bio

I am associated with Next Education India Pvt. Ltd. for more than 4 years now. For first two years, I was part of R&D team where I involved in making storyboards, designing Science Lab activities, finalizing e-book design, developing interactive activities and creating the blueprint of life skill Curriculum.
Currently working as an Academic Consultant where my key responsibility is to implement Next Curriculum properly in schools. I trained more than 1200 teachers and visited over 150 schools. I also conducted School Mgt. Workshops and Parents Orientation Programs in many schools.
I am an engineer by training and found my calling in education. In order to get a better foundation, I did an MA in Education from Azim Premji University with specialization in 'School Organization and Leadership Development'. Previously I have been associated with L&T Industrial Product Division for 3 years in Mumbai.
