ABOUT SHONTELLE:
Shontelle Walton understands that real estate decisions can be complicated. As such, she provides a personalized approach for each person that she works with and has a level of enthusiasm for her business that translates to superior service and a commitment to providing the best real estate experience possible.

Prior to earning her real estate license, Shontelle worked as a Corporate Executive for a Fortune 500 company in the retail industry for several years. In retail, as in real estate, the success of any transaction or individual lies in unwavering dedication to client service. Learning how to build relationships, connect with clients and colleagues, and being readily available with resources and guidance are key to mastering the many moving parts of any transaction. With a firm command of these details and, backed by a tech-savvy mind with a penchant for social media marketing, Shontelle has the skills and experience to tackle any transaction.

Originally from Barbados, Shontelle lived in New York City for several years. After falling in love with South Florida for it’s Caribbean feel with beautiful palm trees, manicured neighborhoods and crystal blue beaches that are close to everything, she decided to make it her permanent home.

As a wife and new mom, Shontelle is creative and health-minded and enjoys exercising and creating digital projects from conception to completion. To unwind, she loves working in her garden, reading and painting.
